Futaba Miyamizu (宮水 二葉, Miyamizu Futaba ) was the mother of Mitsuha Miyamizu and Yotsuha Miyamizu and wife of Toshiki Miyamizu in Your Name..

Futaba Miyamizu was the only daughter of Hitoha Miyamizu, she was raised to be a shrine maiden and when she was a girl she went through a similar experience to that of her daughter Mitsuha. Her marriage with Toshiki Miyamizu was strongly opposed by Hitoha, she accepted it only when Toshiki was formally adopted into the family and began working full-time in the shrine. Soon after, their daughters Mitsuha Miyamizu and Yotsuha Miyamizu were born.
Two years after Yotsuha was born, Futaba fell ill and died in 2007.
