Hitoha Miyamizu (宮水 一葉, Miyamizu Hitoha) is a character in Your Name. She is the head of Miyamizu clan and grandmother of Mitsuha Miyamizu and Yotsuha Miyamizu.

Hitoha had only one daughter, Futaba Miyamizu, who fell in love with Toshiki, Hitoha opposed the marriage but finally she accepted it only when Toshiki was formally adopted into the family and began working full-time in the shrine. After the death of her only daughter Toshiki rejected, she took custody of the two girls, after they preferred to stay with their grandmother rather than with their father, raising them and making them shrine maidens.
When she was young she lived similar experiences of Mitsuha but she long forgotten them.

Etymology[]
- The name Hitoha (一葉) means "one leaf".
- This also applies to her daughter with her name meaning "two leaves", her elder granddaughter's name meaning "three leaves" and her younger granddaughter's name meaning "four leaves".
- Hitoha's surname Miyamizu (宮水) means "temple, shrine, palace" (宮) (miya) and "water" (水) (mizu), reflecting the family's role as priestesses.
