Mt. Iwafune (岩船山, Iwafuneyama) is a mountain in Tochigi, Japan, with a height of 172.2m. The mountain appears in 5 Centimeters per Second.
History[]
After the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake, the western part of the mountain was partially collapsed.

On March 4, 1995, Takaki Tōno's train is stopped by a snowstorm near this mountain. He passes by it in the next morning on his returning train.
At the end of 2007, when Akari Shinohara takes a train from Iwafune to Tokyo, she quietly looks at the scenery outside, and is reminded of her feeling for Takaki in the past.

- The mountain is mostly known as a filming site for tokusatsu shows, mainly the Super Sentai Series.
