Sakaguchi (坂口, Sakaguchi) is a minor character in 5 Centimeters per Second manga and 5 Centimeters per Second novel. She is Takaki Tōno's second girlfriend.

Sakaguchi at the cram school
In 2002, Sakaguchi was a student from Waseda Univesity and worked at a cram school with Takaki. She had heart disease.
One nigh in December before Christmas, she had a heart attack but was saved by Takaki. They dated for three months, but Takaki later broke up with her for her controversial affair with the math teacher.
Before that, Takaki tried to convince her to leave Fujida, but her response upset him and he kicked a trash can in anger.
