Toshiki Miyamizu (宮水 俊樹, Miyamizu Toshiki), born Toshiki Mizoguchi (溝口 俊樹 Mizoguchi Toshiki), is the father of Mitsuha Miyamizu and Yotsuha Miyamizu and widower of Futaba Miyamizu in Your Name..

Toshiki Miyamizu is shown to be a very busy man and have been the mayor of Itomori for 4 years, as of 2013. He rejected the Miyamizu Shrine after the death of his wife and focused himself into a career in politics. Under pressure from Mitsuha he was responsible for the evacuation of Itomori during the Comet Tiamet incident. It is unknown what happened to him at the end of the film but he probably moved to Tokyo like most of the other inhabitants.

- The name Toshiki means "talented, handsome" (俊) (toshi) and "tree" (樹) (ki).
- Toshiki's surname Miyamizu means "temple, shrine, palace" (宮) (miya) and "water" (水) (mizu).
- His former surname Mizoguchi means "groove, trench, ditch, gap, gutter, drain, gully" (溝) (mizo) and "mouth, entrance" (口) (kuchi/guchi).
