Yotsuha Miyamizu (宮水 四葉, Miyamizu Yotsuha ) is a character in Your Name. who also makes a cameo appearance in Weathering with You.
She is the younger sister of Mitsuha Miyamizu.

Yotsuha was born to Toshiki Miyamizu and Futaba Miyamizu. When she was a still little kid, her mother fell ill and passed away. As her father left the family to pursue his political career, she was raised along with her older sister by her grandmother.
In Your Name.[]
In 2013, she became a shrine maiden along with Mitsuha. Yotsuha was confused by her older sister touching her own breasts occasionally in the morning, without realizing that it was Taki Tachibana possessing her. In the original timeline, she was among the victims of the Comet Tiamat, but her death was averted by Taki's interference.
In 2022, she was seen attending a high school.

In 2022, she received an invitation for an Itomori High School Reunion. On April 8, Yotsuha called Mitsuha from home. After she heard her sister's excuse for not visiting home, Yotsuha threatened to force a marriage interview on her if she did not go home that year.

In the morning of August 22, 2021, Yotsuha was among the Tokyo citizens who glared at the sunny sky after months of raining.

Etymology[]
- The name Yotsuha (四葉) means "four" (四) (yotsu) and "leaf, plane, lobe, needle, blade, spear, counter for flat things, fragment, piece" (葉) (ha), which literally means "four leaves" altogether.
- The same applies to her grandmother's which means "one leaf"; her mother's name means "two leaves" and her older sister's name means "three leaves".
- Yotsuha (四葉) can also be written/read as Yotsuba (四葉).
- Yotsuha's surname Miyamizu (宮水) means "temple, shrine, palace" (宮) (miya) and "water" (水) (mizu), reflecting the family's role as priestesses.
