Yoyogi Kaikan is a 7-story low-rise building. It is very near to the NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building. Its demolition was launched on August 1, 2019.

In Weathering with You[]
Someday before August 14, 2020, Hina Amano entered this building and got to the roof. Up there, she prayed for a sunshine day and passed through the torii, unknowingly became a weather maiden.
When Hodaka Morishima and Hina run from the mafia, they shelter in this building. Hina is angry at Hodaka for recklessly using a gun, so Hodaka throws it away here. Hina then leads Hodaka to the roof to demonstrate her supernatural ability to Hodaka, revealing herself to be the rumored 100% sunshine girl.
On August 22, after Hina disappeared into the sky, Hodaka escapes from the police station and runs to this building. Keisuke Suga suddenly appears in front of him here and tries to convince him to surrender. Takai, Yasui and another police officer surround them as Hodaka picks up the gun. After an intense confrontation, Keisuke and Nagi Amano help Hodaka run from the police and he climbs to the roof, where he prays and passes through the torii. The two kids are later seen to lie unconscious on the roof as heavy rain resumes.
